About JUMO Automation

For 75 years, the international JUMO Group has been designing and manufacturing measurement, control, monitoring, and automation systems for industrial processes. Its subsidiary, JUMO Automation, is seeking a QHSE Manager who is passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

As the QHSE Manager, you are responsible for the integrated quality, health, safety, and environmental management system within our organization. You support management and teams in a continuous improvement process and ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and legal obligations.

• Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the QHSE management system
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead corrective and preventive actions
• Manage non-conformities and customer complaints
• Advise management on quality, safety, environmental, compliance, and improvement-related matters
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor associated action plans
• Promote a strong safety and continuous improvement culture through training and awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with Benelux teams to share best practices and harmonize processes

• Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Safety Management, or a related field;
  • Significant experience in a QHSE role within an industrial or technical environment;
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, with excellent expertise in ISO 9001 and auditing processes;
  • Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance;
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German would be considered an asset
