For 75 years, the global JUMO Group is designing and manufacturing measurement, control, monitoring, and automation systems for industrial processes. The subsidiary JUMO Automation is looking for a new employee to strengthen its Sales Department.

Your Responsibilities

As an internal technical sales representative, you will be under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager. Your main task is to monitor and develop the Belgium customers. Your main objectives are to increase the profitability and sales of the company and to strengthen its presence in the industry in general.

• Follow up and manage customer requests, specifically:

  • Preparation and calculation of quotations;
  • Follow up on quotations;
  • Adapting offers If necessary;
  • Follow up on complaints;

• Coordinating with the various Internal and external stakeholders;

• Drawing up sales contracts and follwing up on orders.

• Coordinate technical projects between the various departments and, if necessary, with JUMO's parent company;

• Participate in internal meetings and training on new products or updates to existing products

• Job Requirements.

  • Technical knowledge: A2 level in electromechanics or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Fluent French / English / Dutch / German
  • Knowledge of measurement instrumentation, control, and process automation desired.

  • Commercial disposition with a strong technical disposition or Technical disposition with a strong commercial disposition;
  • Proactivity, initiative and dynamism, rigor and organization;
  • Autonomous and able to work with one or more teams.
