Our occupational health management system has already been awarded the golden IHK "gesund arbeiten in fd" (healthy working in fd) rating several times and is based on three pillars. These include health-promoting workplace design, a wide range of preventive and sports programs, and a company reintegration management system. Since 2015, the occupational health management system has also included a program for trainees that is specially tailored to the different years of training.

Special occasions deserve to be celebrated or taken in stride. With a 5-day week, employees are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year. We also grant special leave for special events such as weddings, births, silver weddings, moving house, the wedding of a child, or to cope with a death. Furthermore, there is a choice between a special payment or up to 5 additional vacation days.

Young professionals at JUMO benefit from an in-house training center with six full-time trainers, designated contact persons in each department, and projects that span different professions and apprenticeship years. Good exam results are encouraged through exam preparation courses and in-house training. For dual students, tuition fees and literature costs are covered.

Company-owned trainee vehicle
The stylish, bright blue trainee vehicle can be used free of charge for 30 days during training. It supports the mobility and independence of trainees, strengthens the sense of community, and promotes identification with the company. Allocation is based on a rolling system.

The JUMO trainee community comprises around 100 trainees, which is above average for the industry. While the training program is varied and excellent, there is also plenty of time for fun. An orientation day before the training program begins and numerous joint leisure activities, such as rafting and canoeing trips, ensure a high fun factor and strengthen team spirit.
