What is a CIP process (Clean in Place/ Process)?

Which measuring cell and which transmitter of the separated version belong together?
Ensure that the 19-digit F No. on the transmitter rating plate complies with the 19-digit F No. on the measuring cell cable end.

What are the repair possibilities?
For the head transmitter:
Repair is only possible in the factory.
With separate cell:
The measuring probe can be replaced. After replacement, calibrate the probe using the calibration set (sales article number 20/00459436) (see point 3 in the FAQs).
What is the correct fitting position for the JUMO CTI-500?
- The JUMO CTI-500 can be fitted at any position.
- Avoid direct sun radiation.
- When installed in a pipe system, ensure a minimum distance of 20 mm between probe and pipe wall to achieve a good flow through and around the probe.
- If the minimum distance cannot be kept, the "Fitting factor" parameter allows for limited compensation.
How can the measuring cell for the transmitter be calibrated?
Calibration of the measuring cell is only required after the measuring cell or the transmitter has been replaced.

How to change the operating language?
The language can be changed with the setup program or directly on the device.
From the device software 196.02.01, eight device languages are provided: German, English, Spanish, French, Polish, Swedish, Italian and Portuguese.
Older devices cannot be updated to all current languages.
Changing the language with the setup program:
- Open the setup program
- Connect the device to the setup
- Read the data from the device
- Select the device data
- Change the language
- Transmit the data back to the device
Changing the language on the device:
The device language is changed in the operator level.
- Press the PGM key for more than 3 seconds
- Activate the device at the administrator level (standard password 300 can be changed by the customer)
- Use the PGM key to select the parameter level
- Use the arrow key to go to the device data parameter and select with the PGM key
- Use the PGM key to select the language parameter
- Select the desired language with the arrow keys and confirm with the PGM key
- Press the EXIT key to exit the parameter level
