Electronic thermostat – how does it work?
Thermostats electronic thermostats with PID controller are the right device for anyone who wants to accurately and reliably maintain the desired temperature in a process. The controller consists of 3 parts: the proportional
(P), integral (I) and differential (D). Together, they measure the difference between the desired setpoint temperature and the actual process temperature, accumulate errors over time to better predict future output values, and predict what will happen based on current inputs.
This means that they can detect even small changes in temperature, adjust the power and maintain the desired temperature level for a longer period of time. The JUMO miroTRON electronic thermostat which uses a PID algorithm to control and regulate the temperature, ensuring stability and accuracy.
