What do you bring to the table?
You are a smooth communicator, socially skilled and able to maintain an overview. You are also enterprising, good at setting priorities and know how to handle confidential information. You perform your job with a healthy dose of perseverance and persuasiveness and demonstrate that you can maintain an overview. You feel responsible for everything you take on and you are someone who does not wait around, but actively contributes ideas and participates. In addition, you have:
- Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
- Demonstrable work experience in a similar HR position
- Experience with AFAS (Profit) is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Good command of the English language, German is an advantage
- You are accurate and able to work systematically
- You are service-oriented and have good communication skills
- You are solution-oriented with a flexible, stress-resistant attitude
- You are independent, but also work well with others and build strong relationships within the organisation.
