You and your colleagues from the Engineering & Support department ensure that all questions from internal and external customers about JUMO equipment and related matters are resolved.
Some of your tasks include:
- Acting as a point of contact for technical challenges for customers and employees;
- Implementing and configuring systems;
- Utilizing your knowledge of measurement and control technology to optimize processes;
- Providing support to account managers;
- Configuring and programming our hardware (PID controllers, PLCs, etc.).
