- MBO working and thinking level
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written; German is an advantage
- Affinity with the technical sector
- Affinity with the logistics process
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programmes
- You are service-oriented and can work well both independently and in a team
- You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one
What will you be doing?
As a procurement and facilities employee, you contribute every day to JUMO's delivery reliability and good reputation. Your tasks include:
Procurement
- Supporting the purchaser in daily purchasing activities
- Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding current orders
- Monitoring delivery times and prices
- Administrative processing of purchase orders and associated documentation
Facilities
- Independently performing purchasing activities related to facility matters
- Coordinating facility work and maintenance
- Managing service and maintenance contracts for buildings, inventory, machinery and equipment
- Managing office, catering and cleaning materials
- Identifying and resolving facility issues
- Routine maintenance work on buildings or equipment
Other

Managing and supporting the logistics employee in:
- Unpacking and checking incoming goods
- Registering or recording goods
- Tidying up and distributing materials
