Why does washing after electrochemical treatment require conductivity measurement? Washing process in industrial washer
The PMPPSCH 200T washer has been designed for accurate and reproducible washing of parts after electrochemical treatment. The process is carried out in multiple stages, guaranteeing high cleaning quality while minimising energy and water consumption:
- Blowing the brine off the workpiece using a closed-circuit fan.
- Washing in hot water with detergent - measuring the conductivity controls the salt concentration, ensuring optimum cleaning conditions.
- Hot rinse 1 - measurement of conductivity ensures no salt residue.
- Hot rinse 2 - conductivity measurement of corrosion inhibitor concentration to provide short-term corrosion protection.
- Low-temperature drying (maximum 70°C) with heat recovery.
- Cooling with heat recovery, which further optimises energy consumption.
