As part of our Configuration Services, we offer support for commissioning and configuration of our devices. We want to ensure a smooth startup of your installation and maximum performance of the supplied equipment, and, in turn, save you time and money with a fast and efficient startup. We can configure them before shipment, on-site at your facility, and advise you by phone or remotely.

Can you repair the installation?

Yes - we are committed to keeping downtime at your plant as short as possible. You can send the broken device to us, or we can repair it on-site at your plant - we determine these issues individually.

Do you perform calibration services?

Yes, JUMO Poland offers calibration services. Calibration, or calibration, is one of the key aspects to ensure that measuring devices operate precisely and according to specified standards. JUMO Polska is accredited by DAkkS in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, which guarantees the highest quality of calibration services. So you can be sure that your devices are accurately calibrated and ready for use in the most demanding applications.

Calibration of Temperature Sensors

• Scope of services: Calibration of thermometers, Pt100/Pt1000 sensors, thermocouples such as K-type and J-type.
• Flexibility: Possibility to calibrate at measurement points selected by the customer.
• Location: Services provided both on-site at the customer's location and at JUMO's specialized calibration laboratory in Wroclaw, Poland.

Calibration of Moisture Sensors

• Scope of services: Calibration of hygrometers for direct humidity measurement, including those with transmitter and data logger.
