- Being the point of conduct for technical challenges for customers and employees
- Implementation and configuration of systems
- Using knowledge about measurement and control technology to optimize processes
- Provide support to the inside and outside sales staff
- Identify customer and prospect needs and make a recommendation with the JUMO product portfolio. Advise customers on product applications
- Produce orders that meet or exceed sales plans and goals
- Configure and program our hardware (PID controllrs, PLCs, etc.)
- Required to participate in company internal training programs
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements and Qualifications:

Electromechanical Technology Certificate or similar, and 2 year practical experience OR Associates and 1 year of practical experience in:
- Instrumentation, Measurement & Control Technology (or)
- Electrical Technology (or)
- Electromechanical Technology (or) similar degree

Thorough understanding of the principles of PID controls and PLC programming.

Ability to test and troubleshoot analog and digital circuits.

Understanding of industrial processes, automation, and monitoring.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Experience with programming languages

Analytically strong and a clear, persuasive communication style

A customer-oriented attitude

Travel domestically and possibly internationally approximately 25% of the time
Job Type & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay Range: $22.50 — $30.05 per hour
