More operating time through intelligent safety

Avoid downtime, increase availability, and integrate functional safety: all of this is achieved with the JUMO safetyM TA − an upcoming multifunctional safety limiter with fault tolerance. It can be operated in a degraded plant condition thanks to its integrated voting function, thereby preventing abrupt production stops and rejects. The device is certified to SIL 2/SIL 3 according to DIN EN 61508 and PL c/PL d according to ISO 13849 and enables flexible configuration of various SIF scenarios.

One system: all data at a glance

As a system and solution provider, JUMO combines sensor technology, control, and software to create intelligent automation platforms. The scalable foundation here is our new I/O system, which can also be used in mixed operation with older modules. The JUMO variTRON Recorder App brings the functionality of an external paperless recorder directly into the PLC so that process data can be recorded, visualized, and analyzed without any additional hardware.

Single Pair Ethernet (SPE)

With "Sensor to Cloud", industrial process monitoring is becoming more efficient than ever before. After all, the data is acquired by the sensor, transmitted to the cloud in real time using SPE, and then evaluated centrally at that location. Only a single wire pair is required for energy supply and data transmission so that the installation is simple and straightforward. As an SPE pioneer, we integrate this innovative technology directly into our sensors.
