JUMO CONTROL, S.A.
In February 1987, the company M.K. JUCHHEIM GmbH & Co. from Fulda (Germany), after having been represented by several Spanish companies and in its desire to strengthen the contact with its customers, establishes in Madrid the company JUMO SERCON, S.A., which will not be operative until two years later. After five years of activity, a reorganization is carried out with the improvement of the machinery in the temperature probe manufacturing workshop and the opening of its own offices in Barcelona. In 1999 and after a new restructuring of the company, it is renamed JUMO CONTROL, S.A., the offices and workshops in Madrid are moved to new facilities and ISO 9002 certification is obtained both for the manufacture of probes in Madrid and for the technical assistance and repair of instruments from Barcelona.
STRATEGY
The Company's strategy is oriented towards customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, it has been structured by establishing for each industrial sector a person in charge of providing all the necessary technical support in the application of JUMO products. On the other hand, the implementation of the ISO 9002 standard has shown the commitment of the Management in the continuous improvement of the quality of the products manufactured by JUMO CONTROL, S.A. and in the service offered to its customers. To fulfill this commitment, a significant investment has been made in computer equipment and state-of-the-art machinery. And with the support of the parent company in Germany, a system of continuous staff training has been established, updating their knowledge in the most modern and innovative industrial technologies.
