We have been an owner-managed family company since our founding in 1948. The managing directors and partners Bernhard Juchheim and his son Michael run JUMO together with Managing Director Dimitrios Charisiadis. They continue what already counted with founder Moritz Juchheim: people, values, and innovations.

The management has now been building on these values for over 70 years and knows that good employee management, along with innovative solutions for customers, are the most important building blocks for a successful company. In addition to sustainable corporate management, to which the 3 managing directors are committed, they jointly assume responsibility for the strategic further development of the group of companies.
