What You'll Do

• Lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and business objectives
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, sales, and administrative positions
• Coordinate employee training, competency development, and performance evaluations
• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, workplace policies, and company culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Administer payroll, benefits programs, leave administration, and HR records
• Support ISO 9001:2015 audits, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
• Track and report key workforce metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring effectiveness, and training completion

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Experience

• 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, sales, or distribution organizations preferred
• Experience operating as a stand-alone HR professional strongly preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus

Preferred Certifications

• SHRM-CP
• SHRM-SCP
• PHR
