What You'll Do

• Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve performance
• Support paid and organic social media initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user funnels
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and testing
• Collaborate on website improvements and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
• Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support broader digital marketing and lead generation efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement across marketing channels

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience with or strong interest in social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tracking, and performance metrics
• Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
