What You'll Do

• Assemble and test precision sensor components
• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including soldering, crimping, bonding, and assembly
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Operate production and testing equipment
• Inspect products to ensure high quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small components and precision assemblies
• Manufacturing, assembly, or soldering experience is a plus
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
• Willingness to learn new skills and manufacturing processes

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-Time Position
• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Pay Range: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
