You can use the knowledge you have gained and quickly take on responsibility in an area of work that matches your skills in order to help shape the future of JUMO. The concept: This is how it works!

When you start as a trainee at JUMO, your target area is clear. With your mentor, you will have a fixed contact person who you can turn to for all matters. We will work with you to develop an individual trainee plan tailored to you and your area. The focus will be on getting to know different departments as well as your personal development and regular feedback processes to exchange opinions.

We focus on the greatest possible flexibility and individuality.

You can start the trainee program at any time of the year. The program is designed to last 18 months. Fixed components of our trainee program include, for example, working in JUMO production, visiting a trade fair and being accompanied by our HR development team to provide you with a wide range of technical content as well as methodological, social and personal skills.
