The Code of Conduct is a globally applicable code of conduct based on global agreements. These include the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the principles of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.
All employees, business partners, and anyone else affected by the activities of JUMO GmbH & Co. KG are called upon to report any compliance violations or specific suspected cases of which they are aware. All employees are encouraged to report such incidents to their respective managers. In addition, JUMO's secure electronic whistleblower system is available for reporting possible or actual violations of laws or regulations anonymously. The system offers the option of submitting reports anonymously in writing or by telephone.
