Det perfekta odlingsförhållandet
I Nederländerna finns för närvarande cirka 9000 specialiserade företag inom växthusodling som är aktiva med totalt 10 000 ha växthus. I dessa växthus odlas olika typer av grönsaker, blommor och växter under perfekta förhållanden. Detta gör det möjligt att uppskatta mer exakt och snabbare hur mycket av vilken gröda som kommer att bli fullvuxen när. En ytterligare fördel med att använda växthusodling är att en produkt kan odlas året runt och är tillgänglig för oss som konsument året runt. År 2020 kommer växthusodlingen i Nederländerna att svara för ett exportvärde på 14 miljarder euro i frukt och grönsaker, enligt Wageningen Economic Research (WeCR) och CBS.

Mätning ger kunskap
Temperatur, luftfuktighet, pH/ledningsförmåga, CO2 och ljusintensitet påverkar alla tillväxtklimatet i växthuset. Noggrann mätning och kontroll av dessa uppmätta värden är därför mycket viktigt. JUMO erbjuder ett brett utbud av sensorer för mätning av temperatur, luftfuktighet, pH/konduktivitet och CO2 där du kan välja mellan trådbundna, trådlösa, analoga och digitala versioner. Förutom insikt i uppmätta värden spelar lagar och förordningar en viktig roll i trädgårdsodlingen. Till exempel inom ytvattenföroreningar. För att förhindra detta inleddes i slutet av 2018 nya lagar och förordningar om drivsprutning i växthusodling. Drift är utsläpp av små droppar av växtskyddsmedel i miljön. Sedan den 1 januari 2020 har genomförandet av policyn börjat och många trädgårdsmästare tvingas använda munstycken som minskar drift med minst 75%. Tryckregistrering är mycket viktigt i detta avseende. Trycksensorer från JUMO har använts i många år inom växthusodling för att säkerställa en pålitlig och ren produktionsprocess.

med smart mätteknik
För att leverera värme, el och koldioxid på ett miljövänligt sätt kan ett så kallat kraftvärmesystem vara ett viktigt produktionsverktyg för växthusodling. När allt kommer omkring, förutom vatten och ljus, behöver en växt värme för att växa. En kraftvärmeinstallation är den kombinerade produktionen av värme och el i en process. Under elproduktionen används en viss procentandel energi och resten släpps ut som värme. Genom att implementera ett kraftvärmesystem kan denna värme samlas upp och användas som ett värmesystem i växthuset. Det finns många möjligheter att göra en befintlig installation mer lönsam. Detta kan göras genom att kombinera det med värmepumpar, ORC eller lågtemperatur utsugssystem. På grund av komplexiteten i sådana installationer är det viktigt att alla komponenter är ordentligt samordnade. JUMO´s mät- och reglerteknik säkerställer att alla komponenter fungerar korrekt inom rätt temperaturområde. På detta sätt kan man dra nytta av fördelarna med det värmesystem du väljer i växthus.
